Path through the sanctuary grounds

Continuity

Leaving is not the end of care

Discharge includes a realistic next step: follow-up, family communication where consented, and coordination with professionals at home where that helps.

Review during the stay

The plan is not frozen on day one. Clinical review during the stay is how discharge planning starts, not an afterthought on the last morning.

A realistic next step

Medication, sleep, work, family and follow-up are discussed before leaving. The week after a residential stay should not be a cliff edge.

Remote follow-up

Where it helps, aftercare can include remote contact with the team and coordination with a doctor or therapist at home, with the guest's consent.

Continuity

The sixth part of the method

Continuity is not a brochure extra. It is one of the six parts of how Les Mariannes holds recovery: medicine, mind, body, inner balance, life, and what happens after.

Begin here

Speak confidentially

Whether you are exploring care for yourself or for someone you love, the first step is a private discussion. There is no obligation, and nothing is priced before that conversation.
