Physicians review physical health, medication, withdrawal risk and co-occurring mental health before a residential plan is agreed. Some of this work can begin before travel.
Clinical care
Medical and psychiatric care
Assessment, nursing, medication review and psychiatry where indicated. This is a licensed medical facility, not a wellness hotel with a doctor on call.
Nursing
Day-to-day clinical cover in a licensed facility. Detoxification, when it is needed, is medically supervised. This is not a wellness hotel with a doctor on call.
Psychiatry
Psychiatric review is used where indicated: depression, anxiety, trauma, dual diagnosis, sleep and medication. Existing prescriptions are not stopped because of a website.

Psychological work and complementary therapies sit inside this medical frame. If the body is unsafe, or the mind is in acute risk, those needs come first.
